½cupBaileys Irish Cream(or other Irish cream liqueur)
1packageinstant chocolate pudding(3.4 oz.)
Pour milk, Kahlúa, and Irish cream liqueur into a medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes, until combined and soft. Immediately spoon into serving dishes. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
This recipe made very strong shots that were a little looser. Increase the amount of milk and decrease the alcohol for a creamier shot.
