Tapas for uno.
What I ate in Madrid, Spain.
A three course meal of Salmorejo Cordobes (cold tomato soup), Calamares a la Andaluza (Andulasian squid), and Arroz con Leche (rice pudding).
Cheap pizza.
A muffin and coffee at Museo del Prado.
Very cheap sandwiches: brie and calamare.
Tapas, juice, and…frozen yogurt…from Mercado de San Miguel.
This was pretty awful.
More tapas, juice, and…frozen yogurt…from Mercado de San Miguel.
My last meal in Madrid at Tabernas Maceira. Some sort of fish in a pot. And my own little jug of sangria.
And of course I then had to stop for ice cream…
My train out of Madrid wasn’t until nearly 4pm. So I stayed around the hostel all morning. And then I was starving so I left for the train station ridiculously early because they had food there. And I ended up with a weird cold pasta thing.
