One more week.

Nadia on marriage:

Nadia:: It’s like Val’s shoes. They’ve been around forever, you’re used to them.
Val:: Oh…so you’re saying that you have Bryan, Jenny has Adam, and I have a crappy old pair of shoes. Way to make me feel even more single.

So, in a week my best friend will be married. I guess it’s not losing a Mexican sister, it’s gaining a chicken-finger eating boy. 🙂

In honor of Nadia and Bryan’s impending marriage, I’ve uploaded the pictures of them getting engaged! They got engaged at Warped Tour, on stage with the Mighty, Mighty Bosstones about 10,000 years ago. Or maybe it was more like in 2002. It was pretty damn cool. Personally, I would prefer my proposal to be a lot more private, but that’s just me. Did I mention this was also the first time I ever met Bryan??? Umm, yeah, when he told me he was going to propose that day, I was a little shocked. Alas, I have grown to love the boy and am happy that he will soon be in my “family.” 🙂
