Obviously the life list, or “bucket list,” below doesn’t show 1,000 things to do in life. Far from it, in fact. But it’s hard to come up with 1,000 things you want to do in life in one sitting. And, even if I did, a week later I probably wouldn’t want to do any of those things anyways. You know? So consider this life list a work in progress. It contains items I add to when I think of something I want to do in my life. It contains items I tick off when I accomplish one of those things. It contains all the things I want to do in life. It contains all the things I want to learn, all the things I want to see, all the places I want to travel to, all the things I want to eat, and all the things I want to experience. Some items will be life-changing, some will be pretty mundane. Some things I’ve wanted to do forever and others just pop into my head at any given moment. But everything on here is on here for a reason. This life list will, hopefully, some day, contain 1,000 things I want to do and, hopefully, some day, will contain 1,000 things I have done, 1,000 things I have accomplished, 1,000 things I have seen, 1,000 things I have experienced. Or maybe more.

November 6, 2016at10:12 pmI love the items you have on your list as I am going to steal quite a few and put them on mine as well. It is encouraging to see one living their life and pursuing what they want to do! Always looking forward to life’s next adventure. How do you find flexibility within your schedule to complete these tasks? I am sure to pay for these travels you have a job, I am just curious because I am looking to do something along the same lines as you, but have to tailor my life accordingly. Hopefully you receive this message and could reach me on my email provided!

November 28, 2018at9:54 pm30,000! I’m struggling to finish a 1000. I did complete a thousand before mind you but I felt a lot of them were unlikely ones to get done, I’m trying to do a more realistic but achievable bucketlist so far I’m u[ to 447. I’d like to see yours when you’re done. Jess from Australia
