How do you spend one night in Vientiane, Laos?

Yes, we went bowling. And, yes, we drank copious amounts of Beerlao. I haven’t been bowling since the day I quit my job. And it was a nice way to spend a night after the horrible bus ride from Hanoi.

My team won the first round. And the other won the second. So let’s just say we tied.

In the last frame Andy said to me, “you just need to get three strikes in a row.”

And so, I bowled a strike.

And then another one.

And then I hit 7. 🙁

It was still a pretty epic moment.
