
Frozen St. Patrick’s Day Pudding Shots

This frozen St. Patrick’s Day Pudding Shots recipe is made by combining vanilla pudding, crème de menthe, vanilla vodka, and cool whip. The frozen shots are a perfect alcoholic treat for St. Patty’s Day or any day of the year!
The green colored shot would also make a sweet addition to a Christmas celebration or serve in summer or spring when the frozen pudding shots would be a cooling dessert for the hot weather.

Frozen St. Patrick's Day Pudding Shots
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup crème de menthe
- ¾ cup vanilla vodka
- 2 packages instant vanilla pudding
- 1 package frozen whipped topping (8 oz.)
Instructions
- Pour milk, crème de menthe, and vodka into a medium bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes, until combined and soft. Fold in cool whip and stir until thoroughly combined and all lumps are gone. Immediately spoon into serving dishes. Freeze for at least two hours and until ready to serve. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
