I really liked all of the Cambodian cuisine I tried, from traditional foods to bbqs on the beach in Sihanoukville to vegetarian food in Battambang to pizza on Pub Street. I ate spring rolls, beef lok lak, pork lok lak, dumplings, cashew shrimp, fried shrimp, noodles with chicken, noodles with pork, noodles with squid, noodles with mushrooms, sweet and spicy fish, fish in coconut milk, and fruit in coconut milk. From Siem Reap, Corey and I traveled to Battambang, Cambodia. We took the bus because it was way cheaper than taking a boat but apparently the reason people actually go to Battambang is because of the boat ride…oops… But, really, there were a lot of other things to do in Battambang, Cambodia, which made the trip well worth it.
