I really liked all of the Cambodian cuisine I tried, from traditional foods to bbqs on the beach in Sihanoukville to vegetarian food in Battambang to pizza on Pub Street. I ate spring rolls, beef lok lak, pork lok lak, dumplings, cashew shrimp, fried shrimp, noodles with chicken, noodles with pork, noodles with squid, noodles with mushrooms, sweet and spicy fish, fish in coconut milk, and fruit in coconut milk. Corey and I decided to get the three day passes to explore Angkor Wat and all the Khmer temples. To me, it was plenty of time. A one day pass would have rushed it and, while we didn't see absolutely everything, I think seven would have had me crying. On our first day we rented bicycles and biked around some of the temples.
